  • 1 ½ lbs fresh broccoli florets
  • 11 oz chicken sausage (precooked)
  • 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 8 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss broccoli with minced garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast broccoli for 10 minutes until bright green.
  4. Slice chicken sausage and place in a mixing bowl.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 450°F.
  6. Add hot broccoli to the sausage bowl along with frozen tortellini, red chili flakes (optional), and remaining olive oil; mix well.
  7. Reserve half a cup of parmesan; add the rest to the mixture.
  8. Coat a sheet pan with olive oil and spread the mixture evenly on it.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  10. Sprinkle reserved parmesan on top before serving.
