  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 cups scallions (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, soy sauces, black pepper, and corn starch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked through.
  3. Stir in the white parts of scallions and cook until softened. Add green parts and stir for another 10-20 seconds.
  4. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with extra scallions if desired.
