Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, olive oil, and eggs until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; fold in cheese, olives, and thyme.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
