Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz crimini mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Clean the crimini mushrooms by trimming the stem ends and wiping them with a damp paper towel. Slice larger mushrooms in half for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil until well coated.
  4. Season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, tossing again to ensure an even distribution.
  5. Arrange the seasoned mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer, stem side down.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, straining off excess liquid halfway through.
  7. In the meantime, melt butter and mix it with pressed garlic.
  8. Once roasted, transfer mushrooms to a bowl and drizzle with garlic butter; toss gently to coat.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
