  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the shallots (about 2 cups) and heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add shallots and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
