  • 1 ½ pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • sweet paprika
  • curry powder
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • garam masala

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let marinate briefly.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook chicken until browned; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, cayenne pepper (if using), garam masala, and additional curry powder.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; simmer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked and flavors meld.
