  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a springform or round cake pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.
