  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the chicken rest at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line your roasting pan with parchment paper.
