  • Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces canned sliced water chestnuts
  • 8 ounces canned sliced bamboo shoots
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in cornstarch, salt, white pepper, and vegetable oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat; cook chicken until just done, then set aside.
