  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the seasoned chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Brush both sides of the chicken with the maple glaze and bake for approximately 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  7. Once cooked, slice the chicken into thin pieces.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing arugula on each bottom bun, followed by a slice of chicken and crispy turkey bacon. Cap with the top bun.
  9. Serve immediately while warm.
