  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Lemon (juice and slices)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth (or water as an alternative)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Dill, chopped

Instructions

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté green beans until bright green and crisp-tender (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Remove the green beans from the skillet; add another tablespoon of olive oil along with butter to melt.
  4. Sear tilapia fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
