  • 16 oz ground beef (85% lean)
  • 32 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  3. In a deep pan, brown ground beef with onion and garlic; add marinara sauce and simmer.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, mozzarella (reserve some), and parsley.
