- 6 cups chopped kale
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber

- 1/3 cup golden raisins
