  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, chicken, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices on top of the rolls. Replace the tops and cut through each sandwich.
  4. Mix butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl; spread over the tops of sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and melty.
  6. For the grinder salad, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
  7. Remove slider tops and add a scoop of grinder salad inside before serving.
