  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ cup unsalted sweet cream butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Mallo Bits plus more for topping
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½2 cups mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 (7 oz) jar vegan marshmallows crème

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, flour, warm water, and yeast until slightly combined. Let it rest for about an hour.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth (5-10 minutes). Place in an oiled bowl and cover to rise for an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; brush melted butter over it.
  4. Evenly sprinkle Mallo Bits, mini chocolate chips, and cinnamon over the dough.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 1½ inch thick rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; cover and let rise for another hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before drizzling with chocolate sauce and softened vegan marshmallows crème.
