  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Season chicken with salt and black pepper; sauté until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about a minute. Stir in honey and black pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the glaze.
  5. In a separate saucepan over low heat, bring heavy cream to a gentle simmer; whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt.
  6. Fold cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, then mix in the honey pepper chicken and glaze.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
