  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Grease three 8.5" x 4.5" bread pans.
  2. In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  3. Add avocado oil, salt, eggs, and half of the flour; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides; knead on medium speed for about 3 minutes.
  5. Cover dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled (30-45 minutes).
  6. Divide dough into three pieces; roll each into an 8" x 12" rectangle.
  7. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in greased pans; let rise again until doubled (30-45 minutes).
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); bake loaves for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Brush tops with melted butter; cool before slicing.
