  • 34 tablespoons heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Gradually add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; mix on low speed until just combined.
