  • ⅓ cup granular sweetener (monk fruit or brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅙ tsp sea salt
  • 1½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the nut butter and eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt; mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
