  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • Sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onions until the onions are translucent (about 5-7 minutes).
