  • zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice baby red potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with oregano, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Flip the wedges and bake for another 15 minutes. Increase the temperature to 500°F (260°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.
