Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground turkey
1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5–6 minutes until browned.
Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
Combine the sautéed cauliflower back into the skillet. If needed, add chicken broth and let simmer for about 3–4 minutes to meld flavors.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
