  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 4 to 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon (halved, divided)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a sheet pan.
  2. Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli on the sheet pan. Rub minced garlic over each salmon fillet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter with brown sugar, oregano, thyme, and rosemary until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the salmon and veggies; squeeze half of the lemon juice on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
