  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Fruity PEBBLESâ„¢ Cereal (divided)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and ½ cup of Fruity PEBBLES™ until light and fluffy.
  3. Blend in the egg and vanilla until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture. Fold in the remaining Fruity PEBBLESâ„¢.
  5. Scoop out dough balls, place a marshmallow in each center, wrap dough around it, roll in cereal, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8–11 minutes until marshmallows start seeping through cracks. Cool before transferring to a wire rack.
