  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 green onions (diced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine diced chicken, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Fold half of this mixture into the creamy base along with diced celery, green onions, and half of both shredded cheeses.
  4. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish. Top with the remaining chicken mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheeses on top.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
