- 1½ tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pound ground turkey
