  • 60 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  3. Create pockets in each salmon fillet by slicing gently without cutting through.
  4. Stuff each pocket evenly with the seafood mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed fillets for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
