  • 200 g smoked sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 medium cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium bell pepper (optional, sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (optional, julienned)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by slicing the sausage, cabbage, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Toss in cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir frequently until softened but still crunchy.
  4. Add the smoked sausage to the skillet and cook until heated through and slightly browned.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (if using), and chili flakes; stir well to combine. Cook for an additional minute or two.
