  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 teaspoons chili paste or sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
  • Water as needed for thinning

  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chili paste to create the marinade.
