  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Persian cucumbers, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

  • White wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 23 Tbsp)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
