  3. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chopped cherries gently.
  5. Form tablespoon-sized balls, roll in granulated sugar, and chill for at least 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Bake cookies for about 10 minutes or until set.
  8. Press a Hershey's Kiss into each cookie immediately after baking.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
