Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, these Crockpot Steak Bites are the perfect no-fuss dinner. Slowly cooked in a savory garlic-soy marinade, these bites are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Great over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for an effortless comfort meal.
2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, diced
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Prep Steak: Pat steak cubes dry.
Mix Marinade: Combine soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire, garlic, and seasonings.
Load Crockpot: Add steak and marinade to crockpot; mix well.
Add Butter: Dot butter over the top.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hrs or high for 2–3 hrs, until tender.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.
Sirloin is ideal, but ribeye or chuck can also work.
Want more richness? Add a splash of heavy cream during the last 30 minutes.
Leftovers store well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
