Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, these Crockpot Steak Bites are the perfect no-fuss dinner. Slowly cooked in a savory garlic-soy marinade, these bites are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Great over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for an effortless comfort meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ cup beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter, diced

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep Steak: Pat steak cubes dry.

  • Mix Marinade: Combine soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire, garlic, and seasonings.

  • Load Crockpot: Add steak and marinade to crockpot; mix well.

  • Add Butter: Dot butter over the top.

  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hrs or high for 2–3 hrs, until tender.

  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Sirloin is ideal, but ribeye or chuck can also work.

  • Want more richness? Add a splash of heavy cream during the last 30 minutes.

  • Leftovers store well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
