  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Chicken broth or white wine
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from pan.
