  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)

  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 10 whole cloves garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the seasoned chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet, adding whole garlic cloves until golden and fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle flour over cooked garlic; gradually whisk in chicken broth, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet; simmer for a few minutes to coat with sauce.
