  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix dried bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground turkey with chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, and spices until well mixed.
  4. Combine both mixtures gently and form into 1½-inch balls.
