  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 count)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer turkey evenly over the bottom rolls, followed by cranberry sauce and cheese slices.
  4. Place the top halves back on.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice if needed, serve warm, and enjoy!
