  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or finely chopped & sweetened fresh cranberries)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth. Stir in dried cranberries and chives.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into about 16 equal rounds.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pinwheels cut-side up on the sheet.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
