  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 (16-ounce) cans baked beans
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • chicken or turkey sausage (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook chopped chicken or turkey sausage until crispy; drain and set aside.
  2. Brown chicken or turkey sausage in the same pot; remove once browned.
  3. Sauté ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic until meat is cooked through.

  5. Add diced tomatoes, baked beans, sweet corn, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and water to pot.
