  • 1 1/2 cups (215g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (125g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup (50g) chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in mashed banana, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
