  3. Add seasoned chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in sliced bell peppers; sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in corn and diced tomatoes; cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Lower heat and sprinkle cheese on top; cover until melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before serving.
