  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture into the inside of each tortilla shell using an oven-safe mold. Bake for about 11 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture along with powdered sugar and vanilla.
