  • 1 cup soft baking caramels (melted)

  • 1 cup chopped gluten-free pretzels or nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Soak apple pieces in water mixed with lemon juice for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning.
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper; pour melted chocolate onto it and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle crushed pretzels over the chocolate layer, followed by diced apple pieces. Drizzle melted caramel and additional melted chocolate on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set (or freeze for quicker results).
