  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 23 cups romaine lettuce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup almond milk yogurt (for ranch)
  • 1/31/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheddar
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 avocado (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Slice tofu into strips and coat with cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt after dipping in non-dairy milk.
  3. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Dip baked tofu in buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble wraps by spreading ranch on tortillas, then adding veggies and buffalo tofu.
  6. Roll tightly and grill if desired for extra crispiness.
