  • 6 slices bacon (chopped)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium white onion (diced)
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • 4 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet or wok, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
