  • 34 cold brew tea bags
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups water (for syrup)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (or cane sugar)
  • Juice from ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, 2 cups of water, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Strain the mixture into a measuring cup and refrigerate.
  4. In a pitcher, add 6 to 8 cups of cold water and steep tea bags for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooled blueberry syrup to the tea and stir gently.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
