  • 4 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 TBSP White granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Large egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tsp Water (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup White granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 TBSP Water (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 TBSP Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing room temperature cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut into squares or rectangles; place cream cheese filling in the center of each.
