  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry swirl by cooking blackberries with sugar and water in a saucepan until softened. Allow to cool.
  2. Melt butter in a pan; mix with sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Sift cocoa powder and flour together; fold into the brownie mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, and salt.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Layer half the brownie batter in the pan, followed by dollops of cheesecake mixture and blackberry sauce. Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes until set but fudgy; allow to cool before cutting.
