- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

- 5 tbsp cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp mayo
- Juice of 3 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large English cucumber
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
