- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3–4 medium ripe bananas (or 2 large bananas)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 8×4 inch bread pans with parchment paper or grease them.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but still chunky.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well.
