  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (garlic & fine herbs flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry; drizzle remaining olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the salmon in the baking dish skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for two minutes before serving with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
